Process for Developing NDC
The NDC was prepared under the aegis of the Ministry of the Environment and Forest Resources (MERF), in a participatory, inclusive process that included the effective involvement of every stakeholder (see Figure 4 in Annex VI).
Description of Monitoring and/or Implementation Mechanism
